Athentra’s licensing is based on the number of Microsoft 365–licensed users in your tenant. External or guest users are not counted. Each Athentra module is licensed separately, and your total price depends on how many modules you choose—you typically benefit from lower pricing when combining multiple modules. Because every organisation is different, final licensing is always tailored to your specific environment, number of users, and overall governance needs.
