Cross-Module Events
Compliance, Security, Provisioning, Control and Maturity all publish into one hub.
ATHENTRA INTELLIGENCE HUB
The Intelligence Hub is the engine that makes the rest of Athentra autonomous. Every module publishes what it finds as an event — a violation raised, a guest added, a baseline drifting, a workspace provisioned — and you decide once what should happen next. Bind an event to an email, a Power Automate flow, an Azure Function or an access review, narrow it to exactly the cases that matter, and your tenant governs itself. Every match, every action and every outcome is kept, so you can always answer what ran, when, and why.

Compliance, Security, Provisioning, Control and Maturity all publish into one hub.
Every event the platform can raise, each with a published payload schema you can build on.
Bind an event type to a set of actions, and your tenant reacts on its own.
Narrow a rule to exactly the events that matter, combining conditions with and/or — no code.
Notify named people, with subjects and bodies filled in from the event itself.
Call any flow with a payload you shape, and keep the processes you already run.
Run your own code against an event, with your own key and your own timeout.
Start an access review the moment membership or risk changes, without waiting for the schedule.
Give an action its own filter, so one rule can branch on value, severity or service.
Every match and every action outcome, kept as an audit trail you can filter and search.
Transient failures are retried with backoff, and reported plainly when they stop.
Disable a rule while you investigate; its filter, actions and history stay intact.
A tour of Athentra Intelligence
01/07
Ten rules, each bound to one event type, each with its own filter and its own set of actions. Enable, disable or edit any of them without touching the rest.
02/07
Pick the event, narrow it with a filter, add the actions. No code, and the filter is checked against the event’s own schema as you type.
03/07
A filter on the action itself, so one rule sends a large licence reclaim to finance for approval and applies a small one without asking.
04/07
Every event the platform raised, what kind it was, and how many of your rules matched it.
05/07
Every event keeps its payload, so you can see the exact fields a filter reads before you write one.
06/07
Every match, every action, every outcome — including the one that failed and the one still retrying.
07/07
Expand a match and each action reports for itself: sent to whom, which ticket, which attempt, and why it stopped.
Athentra does not ask you to move your workflows. An event can call the Power Automate flow your service desk already runs, post to the Azure Function your team wrote, or start an access review inside Athentra — whichever fits the way you work today. Because every action is templated from the event payload, the same rule serves a two-person team and a ten-thousand-seat tenant.
Nobody takes governance on all at once. Most start from a single pressure — preparing for Copilot, reducing oversharing, cleaning up workspaces nobody owns, or getting ready for an audit — and widen from there. Athentra is built to be useful from the first of those, and to still fit when the rest arrive.
