Workspace Administration

Workspace owners manage their own membership and structure, while tenant-wide Workspace Administrators retain oversight across all of them. The two roles are distinct, so a team can run its own board without needing central involvement, and governance retains a view without taking over. A support path exists for the cases where an owner has left.
