Three-Level Tenancy
Tenancy is three levels deep: a customer owns organisations, and each organisation holds one or more Microsoft Entra tenants. Organisations are invited in and whoever accepts becomes their administrator; roles are granted in the client tenant you have selected, while buying for a client works without switching in; and a person can hold different roles in different tenants. When a relationship ends, a client can be detached and becomes a customer in its own right.
