The scanner collects metadata across Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, the Power Platform, Power BI and Copilot Studio, covering users, groups, roles, licences, applications, sites, drives, channels, apps, flows, Power BI workspaces, reports and datasets, and Copilot Studio agents. A part of a scan that fails keeps the previous data rather than deleting it, nothing is removed on an incomplete picture, and what Microsoft does not report is recorded as unknown rather than no. Every policy, finding and report works from that one foundation.
