Managed Objects

Teams, SharePoint sites, Power Platform solutions and other resources come under lifecycle management by hand, by raising a review, at creation through Provisioning, or automatically from compliance findings if you switch that on. Each managed object is Active, Marked, Actioned or Action failed, carries its term, its next review date and a full history, and is reviewed by the people its lifecycle rule names. What still exists is there because somebody decided it should be.
