Lifecycle Terms and Lapse Actions
A lifecycle rule governs each object for a term, sets how often it is reviewed and by whom, and says how far Retain can extend the term and how many times. When a term runs out unanswered, the rule decides what happens: raise a final review, notify only, or mark the object for disposition. Editing a rule creates a new version while objects keep the one they were assigned, and a rule can be paused or retired.

Pain Point
What's the problem?
A review that nobody answers usually means the resource simply carries on, indefinitely.
- 02
Remedy
How do we attack it?
Give each object a term, cap its extensions, and choose what happens when the term lapses

Your Value
What do you get out of it?
Silence stops being a way to keep something forever
