Follow-Up Dates

An object can be parked for a later look when the answer is not available yet. The follow-up date keeps the question open and scheduled, rather than forcing a reviewer to close it dishonestly or leave it hanging indefinitely. Deferral becomes a recorded decision instead of an absence of one.
