Finding Suppression
A person who disagrees with a finding can suppress it for a stated period, with a reason; who and why are recorded, and when the period ends the finding returns. Nobody can mark a finding resolved by hand: only a later evaluation that no longer finds the condition resolves it, and a policy that fails to run resolves nothing. Suppressing a finding is a person's decision, so it deliberately triggers no automation.
- 01
Pain Point
What's the problem?
A finding that can be closed by clicking a button stops meaning anything.
- 02
Remedy
How do we attack it?
Set a finding aside for a stated period with a reason, and leave resolution to the evaluation
- 03
Your Value
What do you get out of it?
Disagreements are recorded and time-boxed rather than quietly closed
