Dynamic Reviewer Resolution

Rather than requiring an administrator to nominate every reviewer, Athentra can resolve them from the live directory: site owners, site collection administrators, named groups, or the end users who hold the access being reviewed. Routing survives joiners, movers and leavers. Governance that configures itself does not decay.
