Drift Review and Resolution Tracking

Each drift shows the baseline value and the current value, down to the property, and ends in one of two answers: restore it to the baseline after a preview, or accept the change into the baseline so the monitor holds the tenant to what it has now. Restores are kept in a restore history with who asked and what happened to each resource. Detection ends in an answer rather than adding to a list nobody works through.

  1. 01

    Pain Point

    What's the problem?

Detected drift becomes just another unread list unless somebody records what was decided about it.

  2. 02

    Remedy

    How do we attack it?

Answer each drift: restore it to the baseline, or accept it into the baseline

  3. 03

    Your Value

What do you get out of it?

Every configuration change ends with a recorded decision rather than an open question
