Disposition Integration

When an object is marked for archive or delete, Athentra records a disposal request with its own reference and a due date, and waits. The work is done outside Athentra: by your own or a partner's automation, which reports back, or by a person who confirms it in the product with the archive location. The report settles the object as Actioned or Action failed; replaying a report is safe, and a report for a request a later decision replaced is refused. The integration contract comes from Athentra.

    Pain Point

    What's the problem?

A governance tool that deletes content needs permissions most organisations would rather not hand over.

  2. 02

    Remedy

    How do we attack it?

Hand marked objects to your own automation or to a person, and settle them only on their report

  3. 03

    Your Value

What do you get out of it?

Disposal stays under your control, and the record says who did it
