Approval Strategies
Each step can require the first approver to decide, all approvers to agree, or a quorum of a named size. A routine request can move on the first response while a significant one waits for consensus. The strictness of the process becomes a per-step choice rather than a platform-wide compromise.

Pain Point
What's the problem?
Some decisions need one person to agree, others need everybody, and a single fixed rule fits neither.
- 02
Remedy
How do we attack it?
Choose first-to-approve, all-must-approve or a quorum of N for each step
- 03
Your Value
What do you get out of it?
Matches the approval bar to the actual weight of the decision
