AI Usage Budgets
Each tenant has a monthly AI budget in money, in its billing currency, set automatically from what the tenant pays for Athentra; administrators see the budget, what has been spent and what remains. Additional AI credit can be bought from Athentra, is spent after the monthly budget, and carries over. Optional per-person limits can be set within the budget, and a person who runs out is told so in plain language, with the date it resets.
